Additionally, The Interlocal Cooperation Act, Texas Government Code, Chapter 791, authorizes local governments, including local governments of other states, to directly contract with DIR to increase their efficiency and effectiveness. State agencies of other states may be eligible to purchase from a contract between DIR and a local government of that state under the Interlocal Cooperation Act. Please contact DIR for more details.

NOTE: (1) Vendor's quote to DIR Customers shall include the Administrative Fee. The Administrative Fee

is applied after the discount is applied. The Customer price is calculated as follows: Customer Price =

(MSRP or List Price – Customer Discount ) x (1 + DIR Administrative Fee, as set forth in the Contract).

(2) This contract is not for custom application development or enterprise resource planning products.

Software sold with hardware or loaded on a hardware appliance is outside the scope of this contract
