Customers can download licensed products for no additional charge at the Microsoft Volume Licensing Service Center website located at s://www.microsoft.com/licensing/servicecenter/. Customers can also acquire media separately, for a fee, from SHI. All products in the MS Office family are now being shipped by MS without keys. To obtain the key that will work for every product in the keyless Office family call 1-888-352-7140. The products in this contract are available to all state agencies, local governments, and public educational institutions.  Specific customer eligibility requirements can be found online here.

Additionally, The Interlocal Cooperation Act, Texas Government Code, Chapter 791, authorizes local governments, including local governments of other states, to directly contract with DIR to increase their efficiency and effectiveness. State agencies of other states may be eligible to purchase from a contract between DIR and a local government of that state under the Interlocal Cooperation Act. Please contact DIR for more details.
