Fully managed with 42 outlets and sophisticated management capabilities, the EVMAGU23X accommodates power needs ranging from 5kVA single-phase to 23kVA three-phase. Pair the UPDU with one of 17 removable power cables with 15 different plug options (all sold separately). This UPDU alleviates the cost and complexity of mixing and matching different PDUs for different installations. It also ensures you won't outgrow your PDU as your power needs evolve.

Chain-of-trust encryption and secure firmware boot capability prevent the EVMAGU23X UPDU from being a cyberattack vulnerability point on a network. An embedded, hot-swappable gigabit network module (GNM) offers enhanced management and cybersecurity, including zero-trust architecture and zero-touch provisioning. The EVMAGU23X is compatible with select Eaton Brightlayer Data Centers suite software solutions that enable extensive automation and remote management to shorten response times to power issues and ensure timely updates for stronger cybersecurity.

Remote Management Saves Time and Money

The GNM with multi-color screen supports performance management software for real-time reports, trend charts, dashboards and alerts that are prioritized by severity, as well as remote troubleshooting and automated responses during power events. The EVMAGU23X is compatible with optional environmental sensors (sold separately) that provide alerts about temperature, humidity and dry-contact device connections.

42 Outlets Give You Plenty of Power Options

The EVMAGU23X rack PDU (rPDU) features 24 C13 outlets, which accept C14 connectors, and 18 high-retention C39 combo outlets, which accept both C14 and C20 connectors, adding flexibility to deployments and reducing the quantity of PDUs you will need to purchase and install.

Outlet-Level Control Boosts Performance and Efficiency

All 42 outlets provide metering, monitoring and switching for granular power data and precision control of power delivery. The outlets are evenly distributed into six color-coded load banks, each with its own circuit breaker, to improve load balancing and organize connections in a crowded rack.

Convenient Box-to-Rack Installation

This UPDU G4 features toolless mounting buttons that allow front- or side-facing rack installation, depending on your rack's layout and your power needs. Choose from a collection of 17 power cables and 15 plug options (all power cables sold separately). Low-profile circuit breakers are flush with the lightweight aluminum chassis, and the narrow two-inch width saves space within the rack for revenue-generating equipment. You can cascade up to 40 EVMAGU23X models with each model maintaining its own individual IP address from a single network connection point.
